Interim L&D

We also offer learning and development support on a temporary basis, to support learning specialists, HRD professionals and to reinforce training projects. Our advisors are for instance called in for:

  • Training and coaching of HRD professionals and trainers from the client organisation – employees responsible for internal transfer of expertise and mentoring
  • Educational editing of training programmes – coaching and advising subject matter experts in developing learning programmes in the form of evaluation and advice on adjustments
  • Support in the selection of a training institute
  • Filling an L&D position (learning manager, training coordinator, etc.) for a specific period, in the case of maternity leave, but also organising or structuring a company training department and the development of the position of HRD-specialist in the organisation, in preparation of recruiting permanent HRD staff.

With this temporary professional support our clients experience an optimal interplay between the position as the organisation’s ‘own’ employee and the experience from other organisations contributed by the interim L&D professional.
